Turnkey: installation, configuration and support

The problem

A creative team moving into new offices: rooms for reviews and remote sessions, a network solid enough for game development, and shared spaces for the whole studio.

The meeting rooms

From two-person focus rooms to boardrooms and training rooms with dual displays, every space has a certified video conferencing system with one-touch start, room-matched audio and concealed cabling. At every door, a booking panel shows availability: green means walk in.

The network

Behind the walls, structured cabling sized for the studio’s real device count, terminated in fully labelled, documented racks, plus dedicated audio cabling for the sound rooms. Additions followed the office layout as it evolved.

The shared spaces

The cafeteria doubles as an event venue: high-brightness projector and distributed audio, for lunch and for studio-wide presentations.

The result

A workplace where the technology keeps up with the creativity: rooms that start on time, a network nobody thinks about and an office that impresses from the front door.
