The problem
The most spectacular room in the new offices was also the hardest to equip: glass on all four sides, no wall to anchor a display or hide a cable.
From 3D idea to reality
The unit started as a 3D concept: a freestanding piece with the display set into the frame, the video bar on a shelf just below and the electronics enclosed in the base. We had it built by our partners, then integrated the 75-inch Samsung commercial display, the Neat video bar and the cabling. Nothing is attached to the glass.
The link to the table
A discreet floor raceway runs along the glazing to the table, where a Kramer table box provides power, USB-C and USB-A for any laptop, with the Neat Pad controller.
The result
Installed as a pilot room in spring 2026, the approach was followed by the rest of the floor’s rooms — huddle rooms, large meeting room, training room and boardroom — between July and October 2026.
