The problem

The main meeting and training room is a large flexible space: anyone had to be able to start a meeting, whether a few people sat by the screens or the whole room was full.

Video

Two displays side by side show remote participants and shared content full size. A Yealink MVC S80 Microsoft Teams Rooms system with its four-lens 4K SmartVision 80 camera frames the people in the room and follows whoever is speaking; a second Yealink UVC86 camera covers the rest of the space. Everything starts from the wall touch controller.

Audio

Two Sennheiser TeamConnect ceiling microphones pick up voices everywhere in the room, with nothing on the tables. Sound comes from Bose pendant and recessed speakers, powered by a Blaze Audio amplifier and tuned by a Q-SYS Core 8 Flex processor.

The result

A turnkey room — cabling, installation, Q-SYS programming and staff training — delivered in two days on site, in August 2026.
