The problem
A new multi-storey complex: visitation rooms, ceremony rooms, offices and common areas. The technology had to work the same way everywhere and stay invisible to families.
The displays
Seventeen Samsung commercial displays — from 32-inch Frame TVs to 85-inch screens — in the visitation rooms, ceremony rooms and common areas, each linked to its floor’s technical rack over Cat6 with HDMI extenders: walls stay clean and sources stay out of the rooms.
The sound
On every floor, a Yamaha console, a 500 W Blaze Audio amplifier and recessed Bose speakers (31 in total) deliver even sound. Sennheiser wireless microphones are ready for speakers, and Bluetooth Dante wall plates let staff play music from a phone.
The control
A wall-mounted RTI touch panel on every floor and wall volume controls keep daily operation simple: pick the source, set the level, that’s it.
The result
Three floors, 17 displays and three sound systems installed in eleven days on site, then programmed and delivered in October 2026.
