The problem
Modernize internal meeting spaces: rooms for team huddles and for large gatherings, all reliable, easy to use and properly integrated.
The conference rooms
Several meeting rooms received a certified video conferencing system: the same experience everywhere. Clear audio, sharp displays and touch controls mean meetings start the moment people sit down, in the room or remote.
The lounge
At the heart of the project, a flexible lounge for large internal meetings: a high-brightness projector for an image the whole room can see and a distributed audio system for even sound at every seat. A lounge one day, a presentation venue the next.
One system, easy to run
In every space, the technology sits under intuitive controls: display, audio, sources and conferencing are managed from a single interface, without heavy training or IT help.
The result
Meeting spaces that scale with the company: intimate rooms for daily collaboration and a versatile lounge for major internal events, delivered with installation, configuration and training.
